I have my proposal evaluated for Africans who cannot financially power to complete learning in school. The European Union has given opportunity for the success of this project as the evaluation process is taken aboard. This proposal is deemed to keep Africans in the most suitable stage of education to help build Africa and keep the relationship with EU safe and diplomatic.
