Eradication of bad leadership is a tale long been said, when is a governments responsibility to protect its people but the government fails which is a bad leadership. The people of any nation should be protected by their governments so as the people should protect the government then the split between a government and its oppositions is such that it should not involve with the development of any nation since the split can only bring in conflict.

There is violence in the world which are pop ups meaning they are old quarrels that came up today and conflict prevention suggest that the people who were in conflict should be monitored with enforcement a resolution that can control the pop up of the conflict. The rebellions that illegally set up to create coup d’état or commit terror should be treated violent to the people of such a nation. National unity promotes good diplomatic ties and these relationships should go a long a way in the promotion of peace and development. A world government will go a long way in enhancing regional economic bodies to attain their aim of peace by social, political and economic development with a united stand for peace and a pace that will involve all continents to experience peace and development.

The political and social crises of the Gambia needs a monitory management by the government as to influence a peaceful nation. The country has long been at the door step of crises and tensions arising politically and socially including murders, corruption, riots or strikes, political instabilities and public criticisms. The problems that may affect the country can be identified by a majority decision and supervision, so as those decisions can be either put on vote or optional selection by the people of the Gambia. Currently the government decisions are modest and slightly at a weight of growth but peace has its left wing broken with respect to security in night clubs, night control, theft, murders and riots or strikes. The government has allow the international regional and economic bodies to interfere and this has reduce fears of geminated civil wars or crime jumps.

Many of the crimes in the Gambia is due to the poor border control and supervision because as criminals penetrate the nation, the rate of crime increases. The constitution of the Gambia should be free from laws that are brutal and unfavorable to the general public like the case of the APRC government introducing a death penalty law for murderers whilst this give the party the chance to commit atrocities of murders and theft. War and conflicts like the case of Syria, where innocent children died of chemical gas and the case in Africa where politics is God that rules minds and serve monopolies of rising conflicts and disorder. The move towards justice is one legged and unbalanced due to laws set to rule over us are either favoritism or hidden and unknown in the course of serving justice like the case of secret or unknown state constitutional laws. The more violence is fueled is the more development is retarded. The world through globalization can influence success in unity and peace through social unity and granted opportunities that employ the unemployment rate reduction to a lower percentage like 10% where even children will grab opportunistic future of development. The rise in per capita income where an individual in a country can get an income every month or wage in a week stage, will help crash poverty in continents like Africa which when poverty balanced wealth, there will be an incremental explosion on violence on illegal Drugs and the booming fight of terror on them. Also the rise in crime in general due to poverty is seen to be the reason of political instabilities where low income earners especially the self employed get to get short to provide some basic needs of life, which tend to contribute to economic drastic retardation or social instabilities by engagement in illegal acts of violence and destruction.

Development has criteria that exceed limits of transparency to exceed divine growth like opportunities that will help people financially economic fit through savings by increasing per capita through industrial growth and engagement in global affairs like trade which has problems of barriers or broken diplomatic ties between countries, Due to war and political chaos.

The best control body of governments is a world government and not globalization to influence a future of sustained development and continues growth. International courts and governance bodies like the UN cannot control governments without a world government because a government is the majority.

Justice and human right enforcement: Justice in the world is creepled and one legged because human rights are not enforced to effect a balance justice especially within countries. A civil war between a government and its oppositions to the fact that their need to be a negotiations do not only prove the legitimacy of a world government but that governments are logically illegitimate without a world government.

This gap that exist between the majority and minority have consequences that are economical, social, political and governance.

Economical Consequences: The acquiring of a full scale global economic power largely depend on the efforts of both the majority and minority population of nations. An economy especially a capitalist state where the economy requires the full participation of both the majority and minority as to maintain a positive national income to support development and create ways for investment rat holes. Voting has no remedy of a chance or a conducive room for the participation of the minority in decision making and governance. Economy in general concentrate on all human beings and their wants and maintain that the problem of resource mobilization and wealth maximization is due to minority sidelines.
Social Consequences: Social fragmentation due to minority sidelines shows voting is imbalance and causes tension and conflict rather social order. Socially the fragmentation of a society is hazardous to the people and can cause intolerance and division. The minority and the majority is divided by voting in which socially, there is a certain tension and a bound conflict.
Political Consequences: political division due to the imbalance and unfairness of voting not favoring the minority to own part of governance unless if the minority have the highest number of seats in the parliament which is the only chance left to fully have approved decisions sign by the president. Governance Consequences: Due to the loss in the side of the minority in elections, the government tend to receive opposing moves in governance. This is due to the nature of fairness of voting allowing the majority to decide for the minority.
Solutions: Voting can be fair and balanced if the minority is not sidelined in decision making and their decisions approved by not only the majority approval but by the nature of vitality of the decision on the majority base on facts to construct and develop the nation. Voting is more fair than selections and not easily substituted because of the power of the majority but providing room for the minority in governance to boost economic productivity, social order, decentralization of governance and political order.
